- Top coat and shade: exact positioning and focusing of the shade controls the low-beam pattern to prevent glare for oncoming vehicles thereby increasing safety
- Glass tube: quartz glass construction provides a high level of resistance to extreme temperature
- MO (molybdenum) foil: due to the similar coefficient of thermal expansion to glass, MO (molybdenum) foil is used to form a tight seal at the pinch sealing point
- Filament: low and high beam filament
- Pinch sealing
- Weld pins at terminals: Joining the bulb base with the terminal is accomplished by a patented welding process which is more resistant to heat and provides great durability when compared to the conventional soldering
- Up to 90% more light
